Who is this for?
Paramedics, Firefighters, Police Officers, or anyone operating in a field where they are responsible for the safety of others... If you are currently working on the road, or are a student about to start in the profession - this training will get your operational!
What if I miss a workout?
Making it up is up to you? Each week I will release the next weeks workout, and each week will build off the previous as we train in block sections working on different aspects of Tactical Fitness. Your effort in the program is up to you - put in the work and get it done.
What kind of coaching will I get?
Each week your workouts will be reviewed, and tips/coaching will be offered via direct messaging. Your victories will be celebrated with you, and I am always here when there are setbacks that require a push in the right direction. This is a community built to help each other thrive!
