True North Tactical Fitness TRIBE TRAINING
We love community, and we love a community that pushes eachother to perform at their best. The TNT TRIBE team is just that. Built around group training sessions each week, jump in on our TNT athlete team training where we tackle functional fitness in 3 week periodized blocks focusing on Strength - Cardio - and Functional Overload to promote the best all round fitness training.
Each week we offer a group training session where all our local athletes can get together with our TNT Head Coach and push themselves to the limits while engaging in community support - helping eachother push through our limits and growing as individual athletes and a stronger tribe.
5 Workouts a week - built around DR ANDREW HUBERMANS foundational fitness principles. 3 Cardio sessions / 3 Strength sessions, 2 full days of rest each week.

TEAM 400s. MEET UP AT LEL AZILDA - TIME TO BE DETERMINED. 20-30min TEAM SESSION + SKILL WORK + WARM UP/COOLDOWN. 55-70min workout.

Complete 10 rounds. 200m Run 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats. REST 30sec after each round.
