Having served in the Army (Infantry), as well as federal LEO and Special Response Teams, I've used these methods on myself as well as many other Tactical Athletes, including Special Ops candidates, firefighters, LEO's, MMA athletes and others.
The goal of this training is to move like an athlete smaller than you, and be as strong as an athlete much bigger than you.
A strong, fast and powerful, physically fortified, well conditioned machine.
This program requires some fortitude and at least 1-2 years of training history and a basic ability to perform the big compound lifts (deadlift, squat, press, etc.).
I always try to make this training doable from the home gym, and substitute movements are listed. I"m available and ready to assist wherever I can.
