Tactical Alpha is an intense 8 week, Conjugate oriented training program that delivers serious results in strength, power and conditioning.
This program has been utilized for Special Ops candidates, Firefighters, Federal LEO's/SWAT/SRT team members, and those just looking to be a beast in all areas.
The tactical athlete is the ultimate athlete.. the need for high levels of development across the whole spectrum of fitness could mean survival or death.
This program will concurrently train strength, power, speed and conditioning. It includes 2-a day sessions 1-2 times per week, and overall 3 conditioning and 4 lifting sessions per week.
This program will challenge every aspect of your fitness level from the very beginning.
This is NOT a beginner program or a program for casual trainees. This is for those who are serious about taking themselves to the next level. The is for the Warfighter, the elite firefighter, or officer, and anyone else who's up for the challenge.
You don't have to be an advanced athlete.. but you should possess discipline and a strong desire to improve.
