Travel WOD #1 - Run, Deadlift, Hang C&J

Metcon - Limited Equipment

A

20 min AMRAP 400m/0.25 mile run 12 DB deadlifts (50/35) (or heaviest option they have for men) 6 DB hang clean & jerk

Monday
Travel WOD #2 - Deadlift & Push-Up

Metcon - Limited Equipment

A

8 rounds of each: Tabata deadlifts (70/50)  Tabata push ups *Tabata is 20sec work/10sec rest

Tuesday
Travel WOD #3 - DUs, Pull-Ups, & Squats

Metcon - Limited Equipment

A

5 rounds for time: 40 DUs 8 strict pull ups 20 air squats *if no jump rope, sub 20 burpees *sub 80 single unders if you cannot do double unders *scale to TRX/ring rows if able

Wednesday
Week 1 Day 4

Metcon - Limited Equipment

3 rounds for time: 400m run 6 Devil Press (50/35) 8 DB front rack lunges (in place) *if no 50lb DBs, choose the heaviest available

Thursday
Week 1 Day 5

4 rounds for quality:  12 burpee pull ups 8-10 DB hammer curls 8-10 DB overhead tricep extensions Rest 45sec between rounds

Friday
Week 1 Day 6

For time: 800m/0.5 mile run 7 rounds of Cindy 800m/0.5 mile run Cindy: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats

Saturday
Week 2 Day 0

14min AMRAP: 10 DB thrusters (50/35) 12 V-ups *or heaviest DB option available
