The Voodoo Solution is a general Weightlifting program designed to improve technique and strength.
For $20/month, you'll get a program that consists of 3 days per week of training. Each workout includes the lifts, assistance and accessory exercises. Each workout should take about an hour.
This program is for anyone with experience performing the Olympic lifts. Along with the programming, you are connected with other athletes performing the program. You'll also receive access to our monthly Lifting Analysis Livestream.
The only equipment you'll need is a barbell, bumper plates, and a squat rack.
