Welcome back, naked friends!

In this version we’ve added new exercises and chosen some different techniques to maximize results and add variety to your training routine. You will be pushing your strength by working up to a top set each training day! The program consists of two 4 week waves that progress you in your power movements and push your accessories to the max.

**Each day of this 5 day a week program is focused around a specific movement/goal: **

  • Overhead
  • Deadlift
  • Conditioning
  • Bench
  • Squat

**Well then, how is this program different than LSN the original? **

  • You will work up to top sets rather than working straight off %
  • Variation of main movements (not just standard squat, bench, and deadlift)
  • Different accessories

When you purchase this program you are purchasing 1 year access. You can rerun the program as much as you want within the year window. After a year, the program will expire.
