FAQs
Who is this training for?
ANYONE who is looking to push themselves to max out while prioritizing hypertrophy. This program will especially benefit powerlifters and people who do strongman.
Do I need a fully equipped gym?
It is recommended to have a pretty well equipped gym on this program. If you need to make an equipment substitution, it is recommended that you do your best to target the same muscles.
Is this program different from LSN I and II?
Yep! This time we are going to work up to 1 rep maxes AND we have all new accessories of course! We still stay true to the original Look Strong Naked philosophy of lifting heavy and pushing hypertrophy!
Do I need to do LSN I & II before I do LSN MAXED OUT?
No! You can do this program anytime as long as your goal is to lift heavy and increase your 1 rep max!
