Here is a 10 week course on how to become a certified 3 point specialist. This is for basketball players who want to become lethal from the 3 point line. College coaches are in constant need of players that can space floor to open up driving lanes and allow post men to operate.
This Program will start with a 2 week focus on the fundamentals of shooting and perfecting our shooting form. The grind is slow at the beginning but is necessary to build into weeks 3-12. Each week on the 5th day will be a test day where the player shoots a total of 200 shots and track their progress to achieve their highest percentage. This is a fun competitive way to track progress.

-Proper Footwork for shooting on the move
*Off the dribble and Off the catch
-Using and Reading Pin Down Screens
-Rules for Relocating to find open Areas for 3's
-Building Range to shoot deeper 3's
