Garage Gals is my home based LADIES ONLY program for those who want to specialize in glutes & legs, with some upper body stuff sprinkled in.
Who is the Garage Gals program perfect for?
Well to start, anyone who has the basic equipment that I outlined further down this page.
And if you train at home but still have access to the basics, then it's perfect for you.
Even if you train at a gym, but have a busy life & can only really make it to the gym 3 times a week, this is perfect for you.
If you think "three times a week isn't enough to make significant progress" , you're wrong.
That's a myth that has been floating around for a long time that has been disproven over & over again.
With Garage Gals I am creating 3 X a week programs that are mostly full body with an emphasis on glutes, hams, & quads. And each training day you'll do at least one lower body movement, so if you add it up, over the course of the training week you are getting PLENTY of stimulus to grow.
So if you train at home, or are a busy mom that has trouble making it to the gym more than 3 times a week, or you just don't like the gym and prefer to train in private this is your plan.
