Strength is the workhorse that pulls the cart of bio-motor abilities, and it should be prioritized accordingly!

Let’s cut the bullshit—there is a time and a place to make speed, agility or conditioning the priority but your pissin’ in the wind if strength is absent.

Heavy training improves rate of force development, which impacts movement. The ability to cut, turn, redirect and change direction will be more refined in stronger athletes because of enhanced ground reaction forces.

The name of our game is 50 Cubed.

With 50 Cubed Strength, Strength's the star, no doubt, but we refuse to sacrifice speed, agility, or quickness in the process! NO ARTIFICIAL STRENGTH BASES ALLOWED in 50 cubed.

With The 50 Cubed Strength Program, we're talking crushing PRs in squat, bench, and deadlift! Yeah, we're peaking those bad boys out for the powerlifting stage or massive gym PRs.

Naturally, we're incorporating strongman events to further enhance the transfer of training for that tactical edge.

This is the training that has built Tom Haviland.

Tom is the most potent combination of speed, strength, muscularity, movement capacity and conditioning to ever walk planet Earth.

You ready?!

Real Bang for Your Buck
There's not a wasted movement or rep in this program. We'll get you in the weight room, get to work, and get you back to your life. Only to come back for another session in the PM on most days. You'll make incredible gains and some of the most efficient you've ever made in your training.

Meaningful Movements
We'll focus almost exclusively on ground-based functional movements like the Back Squat and Bench Press, adding in pulls, carries, sled drags, and rucks. Not a single movement, set, or even rep was wasted when we put this training plan together.
